Hotel Reservation

This year, we don't have a single "ALRS Hotel" anymore. Instead, we have compiled a list of hotels which are in the vincinity of the ALRS launch site for you to choose from:

Please note that we do not have rooms reserved in any of the hotels listed. If you are planning to participate in ALRS XII, you should try to book a room as soon as possible!

Flyers Dinner and Raffle

On saturday evening, there will be the traditional flyers dinner with tombola.This year it will at the Hotel Commune in Dombresson.

The number of participants for the dinner must be communicated to the hotel two weeks before the event, so it is absolutely essential that you register and pay until the 15th of September.

The Menu:

• Mixed Salad
• Spaetzli with Piccata de veau (CH) à la tomate
• House Dessert

Launch Bar

As every year, there will be a restaurant on the launch site, offering drinks (mineral water, various lemonades, apple juice), saussages and steaks BBQ. The steaks must be preordered, so please indicate the number of steaks you will need on the registration form.
